Food journal Week of 7/15/06

Diagnosis
07/15/10 Thursday

Breakfast

½ shake of Banana, peach, blue berries, and kale
swim – 20 laps in the pool (taking it easy) (25 meter)
½ shake

Girls at work brought breakfast from buttermilk truck… the food was so tempting that I couldn’t say no. I had to have a bike of everything they had

Bite of, French Hawaiian bread toast, doughnut, corn bread, veggie omelet, chicken w/ egg biscuit, red velvet pancake.

Lunch.
2 Summer Roll – 2 rice paper – zucchini, carrots, cucumber,
Peanut sauce

Cookie wafer (not healthy) L

Snack – stir fry veggies – broccoli, cabbage, sprout

Dinner
Had imitation crab in the fridge. Made sushi rolls w/ crab, cucumbers, avocado (no rice) ate 2 full rolls

7/16/10 Friday

Went grocery shopping in the morning and bough food for our over night trip. Bought rice crackers, wasn’t sure if I had them before so I ate 6 when I got home. They were really good.

Breakfast
6 rice crackers
Shake – 1 banana, 1 apple, ½ cup of mix berries

Lunch
Stir fry veggies – onions, red/yellow bell peepers, broccoli, snow peas.
Chicken
Girls at work gave me a small piece of pizza (I ate it)

Snack
Girls brought banana pudding (I ate it ) L

Dinner
I was bad, had one serving of coco pebbles with almond milk
Saturday 7/16/10

Breakfast
Papaya, blue berries, kale, and spinach shake

Snack
Cucumber, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower with hummus

Lunch
Side salad w/ Italian dressing
½ turkey sandwich with turkey, avocado and bacon

Dinner
When out to dinner w/ the gang and everyone wanted to carb up at an Italian restaurant.
Side salad w/ Italian dressing
1 slice of pepperoni pizza
1 serving of meet lasagna

Sunday 7/20/10

Breakfast
Papaya, banana, spinach shake
After race had strawberries and Luna bar

Snack
5 rice crackers w/ egg white salad

Lunch
½ egg, bacon, potato breakfast burrito
½ beef burrito w/ sour cream, guacamole
I ate too much, hate having the full feeling

Snack
1 cup of frozen yogurt w/ gummy bears

Dinner
Not hungry.


Monday 07/20/10

Breakfast
Papaya, mix berries and spinach

Lunch
Ramen noodle soup with veggies and chicken broth from a Ramen House restaurant. I made a healthy choice by having veggies instead of meat.
Snack
1 Persian cucumber, carrots, broccoli
2 Tbl spoon of hummus

Dinner
1 tortilla
1 chicken

Tuesday

Breakfast
1 cup papaya, 10 strawberries, peaches, spinach.
