Wellbeing
Breakfast- Green Smoothie
snack- handful of almonds
Lunch- Greek Salad from TJ's (only used half the dressing)
Snack- handful of almonds
Dinner- salad (with about 8 croutons),
2 pork ribs ( my brother had been making them all day and they were sooooo good, very small though ;)
1 bowl asparagus soup
1.5 wasa crackers

1 cup f black tea with almond milk
1 cup green tea
1 large bottle of water 33.8 oz + 2 glasses after dinner
1 chamomile tea
