Wellbeing
Morning tea ( I have this every morning)
Breakfast- 2 pcs whole sprouted grain toast with raw almond butter
Ran 10 miles- ate 1 cliff bar while on the run ( similar to fruit snacks , calories 200)
Mid morning snack- 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 wasa with thin slice of cheddar cheese, small handful of carrots and 1 teaspoon of hummus
Lunch- asparagus soup ( 100% vegan, just asparagus, onion, leek, sage, little bit of brown rice) + 1 wasa cracker
Dinner-Sushi. 1 spicy tuna roll ( brown rice instead of white rice) 8 pcs of sashimi, 1 small bowl brown rice, Miso soup, and side salad
