day 2

Wellbeing
Breakfast- Green Smoothie I had half of allis and she had half of mine
So..... spinach, strawberry, banana, blueberry
and kale, peach, banana, strawberry

Snack- edamame hummus and carrots, 1 small handful of almonds

Lunch- Salad bowl
1/2 cup brown rice/black beans
romaine lettuce
pico de gallo
1/2 bell pepper
sprinkle with cojito cheese

Afternoon Snack- 1/2 apple with a very little bit of peanut butter ( maybe 1 teaspoon)

Dinner- We went to Cru
Bruschetta on a sunflower seed bread thing
Half of raw lasagna
Half raw ravioli
salad
and a raw vegan Brownie with raw vegan vanilla ice cream ...I know, naughty:( but it was soo good :)
