Wellbeing
my morning tea
Breakfast- green smoothie. Blueberries, banana, strawberries and spinach
40 minute run + 2 sprints
Snack- 4 slices of watermelon
little bitty snack-2 small handfuls of raw almonds
Lunch- escarole and bean soup+ salad
afternoon snack- 1 tiny handful of raw almonds
carrots and hummus
Dinner- 3/4 cup of brown rice and black beans...I tried only to do a 1/2 cup but it was hard :(
with salad, 1/2 avocado, 1 largo spoon full of pico e gallo salsa
chamomile tea

and lots of water
