In a recent study, people who consumed higher amounts of animal proteins were found to be more common victims of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma.

A diet for Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma should be free from products like meat, chicken, and eggs. Fruits and vegetables are rich sources of dietary fiber, so adding them into the diet is recommended. Along with dieting, also try some exercises, including yoga, and get enough rest. These activities will boost the body's immune system.

Apple is a great antioxidant and should be included in the diet. Blueberries also serve as a powerhouse of antioxidants.Four to five servings of salads daily is also good for Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Likewise, Omega 3 fatty acids should be included in the diet.Foods rich in vitamin A and E are also important to include in the diet.

Fried and high fat food is not advisable for a Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma diet. So, cut down all refined sugars and saturated fats.

Indian Gooseberry, an immunomodulator, should also be included in the diet along with olive oil, green tea, broccoli, sprouts, and Beta Carotene.
