Woke at 4:30 am and asked husband if he wanted to go bike riding with me. So I headed out at 5:00 am to see if I could break my previous record of getting around Forrest Lawn in less than 45 min.
4:00 a.m. - wake up
4:30 a.m. - eat oatmeal with strawberries
5:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. - weight lift / training with trainer
6:00 a.m. to 6:30 - stationary bike
6:30 a.m. to 6:40 - 3000 meter row
7:00 a.m. - green tea and protein shake
4:00 a.m. - wake up
4:30 a.m. - eat 1/2 cup brown rice with strawberries
5:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. - weight lift / training with trainer
6:20 a.m. to 7:00 - cycle outside with flats and hills incorporated
7:05 a.m. - green tea
I received my blood test results yesterday and they seem to be very good. I am very proud that I have been able to control my cholesterol and triglycerides with my diet and exercise. My triglycerides were over 200 at one point and are now at a healthy 77.
4:30 a.m. - wake up
5:00 a.m. - eat 1/2 sweet potato and strawberries
5:45 a.m. to 7:15 a.m. - cycle - from work to top of Mandeville Canyon and back. 17 miles
7:15 - Hot green tea
8:00 a.m. to 8:15 - Form roller
3:00 - alarm off/ get up- prep for day- dress for morning yoga, dry laundry, start load, make coffee, pack lunch, pull together bags for work & gym- grab cycle clothes for lunch ride
Woke up at 4:45 AM. Sore throat, bleary eyed.
I realize now I forgot to drink a glass of water. I hope I remember tomorrow.
Pet the dogs and packed my bag. Luckily the bike and hydration were already in the car because my brain was running on 2 cylinders.
Woke up this morning at 6:15 am and began to get ready for work.
ate breakfast about 8:30am had 1/2 cup fo natuaral Granola Oats honey and almonds for breakfast asn a 1/2 cup of fat free milk.
The machine came today and I am not happy but what can I do except keep going.
woke up at 5:30am and went for a walk. I did 44min at 3.0 mph then I came home and packed my lunch
Arrived at work early busy day
9:00 am at Cream of Wheat 12oz with a teaspoon of brown sugar.
Woke up at 2:00 am to drive husband to work, came home went back to sleep. Alarm went off at 5:30am and I stayed in bed till 6:00. Arrived early to work.
8:30 am me a sandwhich out of Spprouted wheat bread 2 slices Turkey breast meat , med cheddar cheese.
Husband and my friend Zakiyyah went for a 22 mile bike ride 114 min
Had to take son to a job interview and so I brought me and my mother in law something to eat while we waited in the car. So for lunch I ate a California roll & inari combo, chicken burrito
alarm off @ 3:00 am. Dress in riding clothes, put away dishes, start a load of laundry, pull lunch from fridge. 4:00 head to work.
4:40- 6:30 - work (eat breakfast while working: oatmeal, flaxseed, almond mile, banana)

9:15am wake up, slept really well. Had a nice evening with friends the night before. Laid in bed and just relaxed
